Thats the nature of the business, but also a reflection of how long it takes them to get an order filled? Every other employee I have interacted with has been very courteous. I do feel bad for them when they are hunting down somebody that ordered a drink and left their machine. I have found the waitresses to be spared with service, but when they do stop by, they are very [professional and friendly. I know at this time they cannot have video poker, a personal favorite of mine with some strategy, maybe someday if they can get the license. If I want to win money., I will go to a casino with table games. I have stopped in a few times during a weekdayday for an hour or two, I have found my favorite machines to entertain me. Play with what you can afford to lose, if you win, enjoy it, but don't expect it. Slots are supposed to be fun, but they will extract your money from you eventually. If you go into a casino expecting to win, your already down.
Ate at Kosars, pricey which I expected, service was very good, but there was a bit of a wait between our appetizer and main course.
The rocksino is very clean, designed with typical casino psychology. When we walked through the door for the first time, my wife said 'it smells like Vegas.' which is more than we can say for any other non-Vegas casino we have been to.
