I cashed out, and will not return after all these years of gaming there. How about 'Sir, we have a policy against that, could you please put that away?' instead of acting in such a threatening way. I understand if there is a policy against hitting vape pen (although there should be at least a sign saying such), but there is a way to approach a long standing customer without telling them they would be forcibly removed from the casino like that.
I told the employee that maybe they should have signs saying 'no vaping' if that is the policy. This week, I was approached by an employee who told me that I would be 'removed from the casino by security' if I took one hit off the vape pen in my hand. I have gone to this gaming location for years without issue.
